I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk from the airport express train station and the Ginza mall. It made getting around the city so easy and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the hot weather. The staff at the restaurant and room service were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle in the room. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality services here.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location and value for money. The hotel is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to travel around the city. The room was small but clean, with all the amenities working properly. The memory foam bedding was a pleasant surprise and made for a comfortable stay.
Limited English proficiency among staff and poor soundproofing. The noise from renovations in nearby rooms could be heard early in the morning and the lack of proper soundproofing made for a somewhat noisy stay.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to public transportation hubs and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. We also enjoyed the amenities available, such as the nearby convenience stores and the airport express, which was extremely useful during our stay.
The staff's English was minimal, which made communication difficult at times. some of the channels on the TV were not working, which was a bummer.

This hotel is conveniently located near Dongzhimen subway station and the bus terminal, making it easy to travel around. The Ginza mall and restaurants are also nearby. The room and bathroom are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The friendly staff provides great service. The breakfast is a decent Chinese-style buffet.
Communication can be difficult as the staff does not speak English well.
